If I could give 0 stars I would. But this star goes to the friendly service I guess. For $25 this bowl was NOT fresh. You could taste strong bitterness and a very unpleasant aftertaste. Apparently to get better sea urchin, you have to order the more expensive one which was around $50! Totally unfair since I’ve tried DELICIOUS AND FRESH sea urchin starting at $18. What a disappointment.

stupid service depending on different customer. No tea for us, no basic introduction of “two ways to eat the seafood rice” even without asking. But the waiter did these to the Japanese customers!! The sea ​​urchin was not clean, I even found some sand inside which made the whole dish disgusting !!! Wish you good luck

Amazing Uni experience. Order Ganso (with Japanese Uni)

We order the 5 types of uni rice bowl. The quality of uni is not that good. Though they are fresh but they are not that delicious. And to be honest a rice bowl of 5 different uni does overwhelm me somehow. It is maybe better to have 2 pieces of Murasaki nigiri sushi

Great uni. Expensive, but you expect to pay a lot for high quality. The tuna was also excellent, perhaps even better than the uni. One of the chefs behind the counter was kind enough to tell us about the different kinds and qualities of tuna. I was surprised to learn that the best quality comes from how the fish is caught (to not stress it too much) and a fast and expert preparation of the fish immediately after catching. Of course the parts of each tuna are of different quality too, but without proper handling of the fish it won’t be at its best. There are so many little restaurants in Tsukiji that it’s hard to choose, but this was a good choice.

Excellent sushi place with short queue. Always come for quick Otoro and Uni.
